I have decided that for myself I need to make a list that is written down somewhere other than my head for what I need to get before this little guy gets here. Thank goodness we don't need AS MUCH as we needed with #1 but we do happen to need more than I had originally thought? I am thinking that after getting these things we should be pretty dang good to go for #3 & #4? I hope that I can somehow get these specific things I have researched. Im trying to not go with the MOST expensive stuff but at the same time hope to get stuff that will work and last through the rest of our babies. We shall see? Not that any of you care about any of this, it's more for me to remember but here is my wish list:
~ Double Jogging Stroller
Schwinn Free Wheeler (Blue, Black, & White)
$265-
~ Double Stroller
Joovy Ultralight Caboose (Black)
$230-

Graco iMonitor Vibe
$60-
~ Toddler Bed for Brooke

~ New Pack and Play that is also a bassinet
Graco Silohouette Pack n Play (Brown & Green)

or

$130-
~ Glider Chair
Something like this? As long as it is Comfy, Mocha Colored Wood, Solid, Prefer a Darker Fabric!

Im thinking I am going with this fabric? With kinda an ABC theme on the walls!
~ Need to make a boyish cover for my bouncer chair (currently pink)

So much to do! So much to spend! SO EXCITED!!! Now show me the $$$$$

You're soo cute :) Love the lists :)
Okay this might be long but I hope it helps in the decision making. I have the baby trend nursery delux and it is great except for the mattress it is cardboard with padding on it. My first girl was heavy and it ended up bowed in the middle. She also barfed on it and yuck we never got the smell completely out because it was card board. I just ordered a new mattress from the company when we had our 2nd girl and then I got a waterproof mattress pad to cover it. So far it has done well.
I have the bumbleride double stroller and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! It is an all terrain stroller and I jog with it as well as take it out. It fits through ALL doorways which is super important if you want to take it anywhere. It is nice because I can use it for everything instead of buying 2 strollers.
As for the toddler bed put that off as LONG as possible. My 1st girl is going to be 2 next month and we still have her in a pack n play. She would crawl out of the toddler bed and the naps were such a fight! Keep them caged as long as possible!
We also have 2 monitors because our girls are 16 months apart but I really only needed 1 for the baby. I could hear my toddler across the house.
Kind of long but I hope that helps!
As if I didn't say enough... The glider I got was from costco and it was a padded glider and swiveler(sp). The ones that little fingers can get into and get smashed are no good. We also have one of those. The one we got at costco is microfiber so it cleans awesome and is super super comfy. a bit more money but totally worth every penny.
BTW you are super super cute prego! lucky! I looked like a beach ball!
