~ Full of Energy
~ Full of Chatter, she is ALWAYS talking and is quite the good talker. Our favorite words she says are Please, Thank You, and today she threw out Your Welcome.
~ She LOVES airplanes and can spot them a mile away and in the night sky as well.
~ Loves to look for the moon at night, sometimes she still calls it the "big white ball"
~ LOVES TARGET she calls it the "ball place"
~ Loves Echo (used to be our dog, now is Grandma and Grandpa's dog) she talks about him daily, opens the blinds and yells outside "Echo Come"
~ Loves going on walks, we try to go on one daily, she almost always finds some type of hiking stick and holds onto it almost the whole time.
~ Loves, Loves, Loves to 1-2-3 JUMP or bounce on our friends trampoline she calls it a "bouncy, bouncy"
~ LOVES to be outside
~ Just started gymnastics and is doing very well at keeping up with all the kids that are almost a year older than her, she can even do summersaults all by herself! Also any time we see a curb she has to try to walk along it and balance. I love it!
~ BAD eater but doing better day by day, still mostly survives off of 3-4 Pediasures a day! EXPENSIVE, but it keeps her alive and growing (slowly) so it is WORTH IT!!
~ 12 month pants, 18-24 month shirts
~ Her favorite song is "Row, Row, Row Your Boat" in the car she requests it and every time it ends she says "Again?", she also loves "The Itsy Bitsy Spider" and knows how to do the spider motion, SO CUTE!
~ She loves to run from us ANY time we call her, not good when we are outside heading to the car, and she usually finds the farthest place she can to hide from us, she thinks it is SO FUNNY! I think it's funny when we are indoors but not so funny when we are outside.
~ The kid can run FAST!!!!
~ Very interested in the potty, flushing the toilet, putting TP in the potty, and sitting on her own potty as she says "Pee pee, PSSSsssss......". I hope to have her potty trained a little before or near after this next little baby comes. Im not going to push it.
~ Her favorite shows are Elmo or Wonder Pets
~ Brooke LOVES animals!!!
~ In bed at 7pm up at 6:30-7am without a peep in the evening!
~ Down to 1, 1 hour nap a day (not long enough for mommy)
~ Timid around other kids, especially ones she does not know well.
~ Does not like learning things with other kids around, likes to figure it out on her own first.
~ Has some impressive stacking skills with blocks of all shapes and sizes.
~ Loves to read and draw.
~ Is ready to get out of the house BY 10am and starts to melt down if we are not out by then!
~ Brave and Wimpy at the same time, Shy and NOT AT ALL at the same time.

Brooke has been the biggest blessing to our lives. We can not imagine life without her and cant even remember life very much before her. She has changed us forever, has changed our home forever, changed our hearts forever, and even Kip and I's relationship forever! Kip and I have never felt such joy, experienced such laughter, and felt such LOVE as we do now with Brooke in our lives! 18 months ago our lives changed in the best way they possibly could FOREVER!!! She is our Angel!

It's Been A While.....

..... this year has had a slow start on New Years Resolutions and well EVERYTHING!!! Somebody in this house has been sick every day since before Christmas. We have had colds, sinus infections, strep throat, pregnancy sickness and tiredness, and I just got a call from my sis, who I happened to share a salad with today, who apparently just got her first symptoms of the 24 hour flu they have all been passing around down there. SO looks like I will be sick as a dog in about 36 hours. Hopefully at some point all this sickness will end so we can get started on the GOOD things to come in this New Year! We are determined that this is going to be a wonderful New Year and we are just looking at this first month as getting the bad and sickness just out of the way right away!
Hope to be up on the posting and even more up on the Resolutions!
Talk to you soon, HOPEFULLY!!!

She's A Doll!!!!

Literally!
Meet the doll that, to me, was designed after Brooke!
Similar features, the eyes, the dimples, the curls, the blonde, the bow, the hair part, and even more fun the fact that the baby is created to bounce and talk!
Yes I HAD to get it!

The Belly Baby!

Here is our 10 week Ultrasound of our little #2! We love "it" already and already can't wait to find out what "it" is! Vote on the side of our blog for what you think we will be having, I am always curious to hear what the majority thinks :)
The little one is doing well, it is measuring a little under 10 weeks but the Dr says it is normal to range from 5 days ahead or behind of what you are "supposed" to be at. So we are in the normal range. The heartbeat looked good and was at 148 beats per minute, between 120 & 170 is considered normal. Brooke's was in the 160's if I remember correctly, I do have it written down somewhere :) We think the little one is beautiful and can't wait to watch the baby grow through these months! We will be going in on February 1st to find out what we are having! We are already counting down the days!
Here our our 3 shots we got!

This is a profile shot of the little one's head with it's arm and hand right by the face! I love the detail of this one!

A few things I want to remember about this pregnancy so far:
~ I have been sick to my stomach since literally the day after I got pregnant.
~ The first 8 weeks I felt sick almost 24/7.
~ The past 2 weeks or so I feel sick between the hours of 3:00pm-7:00pm, and I feel REALLY sick then.
~ Very tired, as I was with Brooke, but I feel MORE tired because I have a 1 year old I am trying to keep up with.
~ My mouth always tastes NASTY, almost a metal taste, eeewwwww......
~ I feel bigger faster.
~ For some reason I am more worried about complications this time around than last time? Don't know why?
~ I crave Cold Cut Sandwiches, mostly Roast Beef ones, and LOTS of Mustard!
~ In the very beginning I felt like a bottomless pit but now it feels like a chore to eat most of the time.
~ I am THRILLED to be growing our second little one!

(This pregnancy has been SO different than with Brooke, I craved doughnuts almost daily with Brooke, never felt sick, but just felt VERY tired!!!)

Feels So Good!!!

I LOVE CHRISTMAS!!!
As I said in the last post, I LOVE CHRISTMAS! We had a wonderful Christmas this year! We are SO lucky to be so close to both of our families to celebrate the Holiday with!
We got to spend Christmas Eve with Kip's entire family! We had a blast, ate amazing food, went caroling (which is SO different for Robinson's), opened gifts (we were spoiled), had some laughs, and time went by WAY TOO FAST!!! Kip was passing out early in the evening due to his lack of sleep the night before so we had to head out early to finish our evenings events with being Santa's Helpers!!! We had a wonderful time helping Santa set up the gifts!!!
Of course I am SUPER LAME and have Pregnancy Brain and forgot my camera so I will be stealing pictures from family of the Robinson gift opening extravaganza!
Kip and I took a few shots of us helping out Santa! Kip had SO MUCH FUN being a Daddy and helping Santa! It was cute!

Christmas Morning Brooke was in HEAVEN!!! I do not have any pictures of her opening gifts because well.... she didn't! Once she saw her Kitchen and all her pretend food she was focused on that and that only which we were fine with! We opened the rest for her and showed her each of her toys, she looked for a while then headed back to her Kitchen! SO GLAD SHE LOVES IT!!!

We played this for hours in the morning and had a total blast together as a family. We were breaking a sweat with the Kinect games and Brooke was even getting into playing them!!! This will be PERFECT for when we get up to Idaho and are stuck indoors for the winter months :) We LOVE IT!!!
And Echo beggin for his beggin strips, YES our dog get's gifts and his own stocking!

After playing our games and opening gifts we headed down to San Diego to spend Christmas Day with my family! We ate a WONDERFUL home cooked meal with the very best Turkey all of us have ever had! SO GOOD!!! Also complete with Dad's Poway Beans which were AMAZING as well! We enjoyed laughs, watching the kids go wild, opening gifts (which I also did not get pictures of due to me being busy opening my gifts and helping Brooke), being spoiled, then after dinner and gifts we all packed up and went out to walk a neighborhood full of Christmas Lights! It was a very fun thing to do on Christmas Day! We came home, had pie, and then headed home! It was a wonderful Christmas Holiday!!!

I am NOT loving my house being trashed as it always is after Christmas! Maybe I will get to that tomorrow :) along with going through all Brooke's toys and finding new spots for them. I do LOVE the relief of Christmas being over! Starting to think of the New Years Resolutions!

I hope you all had a very WONDERFUL Christmas and took time to think about the Savior! I hope you all got everything you desired but more than that I hope you all were able to spend time with those you love!

Pre Christmas Post

I just can't believe that TOMORROW is Christmas Eve! Where in the world has this year gone?
I SHOULD be wrapping gifts, which I am sure I will be up all night doing, BUT I just had to get my Pre Christmas Post done that I have been putting off. I wanted so badly to get a picture on Sunday of our little family all dressed up in our cute matching attire and it just did not happen :( SO I have been putting off this post in hopes that we would get all dressed up again just to pose in front of the camera for 3 pictures which OF COURSE did not happen. SO you may be getting a picture of JUST Brooke (really all who matters anyway) in her little dress that I will take tomorrow or on Christmas. Sorry you missed out on Kip and I's hottness, we looked super cute as a matching family I will tell ya that much :)
I just LOVE Christmas time! I love the excuse to spend time thinking of others and being able to spend $ on those we love! I really look so much MORE forward to the gifts I am giving each year than the gifts I am getting, not that that part isn't wonderful as well :) I also LOVE Christmas decorations! I love all the colors, the feel of Christmas, I love having a big lit tree in my house to look forward to seeing each day (so does Brooke, it is the hilight of her morning), I love spending time with family, friends, and loved ones! I love the focus we have on the Savior and on his life! I love that we seriously take the time to focus on being more Christlike people this time of year and wish that it would last all year long! I love Christmas music, Christmas Lights, the smell of baked goods and fireplaces! I am THRILLED to get Christmas cards and letters from our friends and family (some we have not seen in years)! I just LOVE CHRISTMAS!!!
I hope you all have a WONDERFUL and safe Holiday! I hope you all take the time to reflect on the Savior and his life and what he has taught us and given us! I hope you all love each moment you spend with your family members, friends, or other loved ones! I hope you all get what you wanted from Santa, and had a ton of fun GIVING! I hope your Christmas is a Wonderful one!

8 Week Ultrasound!

SO we decided that before we send out our Christmas Cards with an announcement about our little Baby #2, we should probably actually SEE that there is actually a baby in there and that it is doing well. SO we went in for our first Ultrasound at 8 Weeks. We will have another at close to 10 Weeks with my Doctor and we are very excited about that one as well!
WELL....... I am SO happy to announce that there really IS a baby in there and it is growing well and we even got to hear the Heartbeat! I was not expecting to be able to hear the Heartbeat this early but it was there 158 beats per minute which is PERFECT for a baby this age!
SO here is a picture of our little, what they say is the size of a Kidney Bean, Bean Baby!
